Die Entfernung zur Uni ist ca. 850 m (10 Minuten zu Fuß).

All rooms in the shared flat are fully furnished.

Distance to the university: about 850 m (ten minutes walk)

The apartment (shared flat) offers much space: it is about 180 sqm large.
The hallway is equipped with a couch corner. Next to the kitchen this is a second possibility to sit comfortably together.  There are two balconies attached to the apartment. The sanitary facilities are newly renovated. All windows have blinds, a few are electric.
